Yusuf Saho
Chief Executive Officer
Provides overall vision, strategic leadership, and external representation of TAHTA. Defines and safeguards TAHTA's mission and long term strategy, represents TAHTA nationally and internationally, and leads partnerships with governments, UN bodies, donors, and institutions.
Isatou Barry
Chief Operating Officer
Translates strategy into execution and ensures organizational effectiveness. Oversees daily operations across all departments, ensures coordination, timelines, and accountability, and drives internal systems, culture, and performance.
Dr. Fatou Sowe
Chief Health & Impact Officer
Leads all health related programs, campaigns, and impact measurement. Designs and oversees public health campaigns, guides health research priorities, leads partnerships with hospitals and health NGOs, and monitors health impact and outcomes.
Sheikh Tijan Cham
Chief Technology & Innovation Officer
Leads TAHTA's digital health and innovation agenda. Oversees development of CHMS, emergency apps, and digital platforms, ensures cybersecurity and data privacy, and leads health tech research, pilots, and innovation partnerships.
Momodou W. Jallow
Chief Research & Policy Officer
Drives research, policy advocacy, inclusivity, and institutional intelligence. Leads health systems and policy research, produces policy briefs and advocacy tools, guides equity frameworks, and interfaces with regulators and academia.
Dr. Fanta Touray
Chief Finance & Partnerships Officer
Ensures financial sustainability and strategic partnerships. Leads fundraising, grants, and donor relations, manages budgets and financial transparency, and develops partnerships with NGOs, private sector, and multilaterals.
