Internationally recognised public health authority and epidemiologist. Prof. Mensah has led continent wide disease surveillance efforts and advises multiple UN agencies on health system strengthening.
Dr. Aisha Bello
Vice Chair
Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
Global health researcher and policy architect specialising in maternal and child health in fragile states. Her work has informed legislative frameworks in six African nations.

Chartered Institute of Development Finance
Development finance expert with three decades of experience structuring health sector bonds and blended finance instruments across emerging markets. Former World Bank Group senior advisor.
Dr. Chioma Okafor

MIT Media Lab Africa Initiative
Computer scientist and digital equity advocate driving inclusive AI research on the continent. Dr. Okafor chairs TAHTA's Technology Ethics sub committee within the Technology, Data & Innovation department.

African Union Advisory Council
Diplomatic and institutional relations expert who has brokered pan African cooperation agreements in health, education, and technology. Serves on five NGO advisory boards.

Clinician and quality improvement specialist who ensures TAHTA's programmes meet rigorous patient safety and clinical governance standards. Pioneer of telemedicine triage protocols in East Africa.
